Implementation Process
The Almir Business Management System Implementation Process follows a 4-step methodology:
Step 1 – Initial Review
Identify the precise needs and allowing us to objectively define the scope of the ISO 9001 quality management system
Step 2 – Development
Development of the processes, procedures and organisational structures necessary for the effective implementation of the Management System
Step 3 – Internal Audit
Internal audit to ensure full preparedness for a Registration Audit.
Step 4 – System Review
A system review is conducted after the Stage I audit in final preparation for the Stage II audit.
