Data Storage & Management Ltd (DSM) is located in a modern high-bay facility within the Annacotty Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Limerick City (23,410 square feet). DSM provides a data storage & management service to its customers throughout the Mid-Western, Midlands & Southern Regions. This service deals with all aspects of data management including off-site storage for hard copy documents as we as back-up media with inventories of records and other services available on-line. It also includes scanning/imaging and shredding as required.

This year DSM introduced a new service whereby companies and organisations can manage and track documents/media that are retained on the customers’ own site as well as off-site. This on-site database can be integrated with DSM’s off-site database to form one complete and cost effective desktop solution to document management and retention.

DSM is in its seventeenth year of successful trading having registered as a limited company in September 1998. We have a well-established team (10) of hand-picked and dedicated staff who have significant experience in the data storage business and are committed to consistently looking after the needs of our customers.

In very recent years, while the use of back-up tapes/CDs has not declined, the concept of backing up data on-line has also grown in importance and popularity.  It is easy to operate and once set up it enables each company to run its back-ups on-line as often as required. It also facilitates the restoration of this data on-line and eliminates the use of tapes and vault storage over time. DSM can now offer this service to its customers in partnership with Keep it Safe Ltd, a company dedicated to the development and implementation of this process.”
